The Happy Butcher offers USDA Prime and High Grade Choice beef hand-cut to your preferred thickness or weight. Products available are Porterhouse, Ribeye, Ground Sirloin (Fresh each day), New York Strip, Filet Mignon (Bacon Wrapped), FiletPin Wheels, Flank Steak (Stuffed), Flank Steak, Beef Brisket, Filet Tail, Masterburger, and Handmade Hamburger Patties.

We use Halperns and 1855 Brand meats. Each cut is hand selected for exquisite marbling, which creates unmistakable flavor and incredible juiciness, then it is
perfectly aged to ensure sublime tenderness.

Pork Determining which cuts measure up is not left to opinion or chance. The quality of every cut is scientifically tested for pH level – an advanced process that identifies the moisture retention levels indicative of each cut’s natural juiciness and flavor.

The Happy Butcher supplies Baby Back Ribs, Center Cut Pork Chops, Pork Tenderloin, Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin, and Stuffed Pork Chops.

Chicken The Happy Butcher supplies all Natural Whole Chickens, Boneless and Skinless Breasts, and Stuffed Breasts. All natural means minimal processing and contains no artificial colors, flavorings, preservatives or sweetners.

Seafood Fresh seafood is available Friday mornings. The Happy Butcher has a variety of seafood including SC Extra Large Shrimp, Sea Bass, Flounder, Grouper, Halibut and Wild Salmon Copper River. If you have a special seafood request, just give us a call and we will order it for you!
